About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Vahan Radar website and services. Vahan Radar is a product of DIGIVILL TECH, based in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vahan Radar and DIGIVILL TECH, and “you” means anyone who uses our website or services.
By using Vahan Radar, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
Who can use Vahan Radar
You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services. If you use Radar Plus for someone else’s vehicle or licence, such as a family member’s, you must have their permission to share their details with us.
Our service
Free checks
You can check vehicle details, RC status, e-challans and driving licence status for free.
Challan payment
You can pay pending e-challans on Vahan Radar. The challan amount goes to the government through our authorised payment partner. Any convenience fee is shown before you pay, and you get a receipt once the payment is done.
Radar Plus
For ₹199 per vehicle per year, we check the vehicles you choose every day and alert you on WhatsApp or email about new challans, and before your insurance, PUC or licence expires. The price is shown before you pay.
We may add, change or remove parts of our service over time. We will try to give notice of any important changes.
We are not a government service
Vahan Radar is an independent service. We are not part of, and are not approved by, the Government of India, any state transport department, RTO, traffic police or court.
- We don’t issue, renew or transfer any RC or licence, or file applications on your behalf.
- We help you pay e-challans, but we don’t set, reduce or cancel any fine. To contest a challan, contact the traffic police or the court.
- We can’t change any record, challan or decision.
- For official copies or corrections, always use the official transport website or your RTO.
What our information means
What Vahan Radar shows comes from public government transport records and is for information only. It is not an official document or legal advice.
- Records can be out of date, incomplete or wrong at the government source.
- Government websites can be slow or unavailable, so a record or alert may sometimes be late or missing.
- Radar Plus helps you notice challans and expiries early. Paying challans and renewing your documents on time is still up to you.
- For any legal, insurance or police matter, rely on your official documents.
Giving us correct details
We can only check the record you point us to. Please make sure the vehicle number and licence details you give us are correct. We are not responsible for wrong results or missed alerts caused by wrong or missing details.
Payments
- The price of Radar Plus is shown before you pay, in Indian Rupees and including any taxes.
- For a challan, the amount is the fine set by the government. We show it, with any convenience fee, before you pay.
- A challan shows as paid once the government updates its record. This can take a few working days.
- Payments are handled securely by our authorised payment partners. We don’t see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Your plan starts once your payment is confirmed, and we send you a confirmation.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with your payment or your plan, please contact us. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
